To file a notice of infringing material on APKBOXS, you will need to send a written communication that
containing the following details (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c) (3) of the
Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):
1. Third parties need to provide a copy of "Physical Authorization Letter" that can resolve all their
copyright issues. A physical or electronic signature authorized to represent the owner of an exclusive right
allegedly violated.
2. Identify copyrighted works that claim to be infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works on an online site
are covered by a notification, a representative list of such works on that site.
3. Providing a URL in the body of the email could help us locate the content quickly. Identify the subject
of the alleged infringing material or infringing activity and will be removed or have access to the material
that will be disabled, as well as information that is reasonably sufficient to allow the service provider to
locate the material.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as
address, telephone number, and (if any) an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. A statement indicating that the complaining party believes in good faith that the use of the material in
the manner of the complaint was not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or by law.
6. Don't make false claims! A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that the
complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive rights allegedly infringed
(note that under section 512(f), anyone with knowledge of a material infringement may be liable for
damages.)
